In Australia economic attitudes are more than twice as negative in 2020 as they were in 2008.....
Australia handled the 2008 recession really well, and only 28pc felt that the economic situation was bad 2008 recession - compared to 77pc of the people in the USA .
In 2020 - 63pc feel that the economic situation is bad ..... even ScoMo and Josh!
On balance, the public is much more optimistic in 2020 about their national economies improving over the next 12 months than they were in 2008.
