I arrived at work this morning and it is Tuesday. As I walked into the kitchen there was the Tuesday bowl of fruit and I thought to myself, "its the small things that make BOQ special" . When you think about all the reasons that make you change jobs its funny how such a small thing can mean a lot. Salary, job description and role are all important but if you feel that the management wants to go that extra to make you day at work more pleasant its invaluable.
