The number one reason goal’s are prematurely abandoned is unanticipated ill health and burnout. Both of these are preventable and direct result of not taking scheduled time off to recharge the batteries. Put scheduled “rejuvenation” days down on you calendar. And, take them. They are imperatives that must be proactively done. Rest before you get sick is a sign of wisdom, not recklessly taking time off. Do it before your need it.
