Do you find that your day goes by and there isn't even a dent in your "To Do" list?
You do have a ‘To Do List’ right!
Managing your time as a business owner or manager, to achieve the critical tasks is often harder than it sounds....
And if you can manage your time ..... Could that regular Wednesday Mornong Gokf Game become a regularity.
Terry Kew from 10X, presented The Edge at our offices and had some real gems on how to manage time .
Create a system that you can use to make conscious decisions about the activities that occupy your time.
1. Define outcomes and actions required in order to manage what you do.
Do it
Delegate it
Defer it
Dump It
Have you seen this equation before?
P = (W / T)
Productivity = (Work / Time)
As a business owner and manager we can:
- Increase the amount of work you can do in a set amount of time
- Decrease the amount of time it takes to do a given amount of work
- Leverage your resources to achieve more ( Delegate )
- Don't do a task that is not critical to achieving your goal..... (Dump It)
- Defer It if it's not critical
- Do It if it's critical
- All of the above
This will give you more time to focus on other tasks that often keep getting pushed down the ‘To Do List’.

It would be great if you can share tools or strategies to help with effective time management
